Cancellation Policy for Goods and Gift Vouchers

You have the right to request a refund for unused goods and gift vouchers without giving reason within the 14 day cancellation period.
The cancellation period commences from the moment you place your order until 14 days after placing the order.

To qualify for a refund, it is sufficient that the written request for the refund of items or gift vouchers is received within the 14 day cancellation period.

Bespoke services where a custom product is ordered made to specific criteria are not covered by your statutory rights and any refunds or exchanges offered by the company are strictly that of good will.

Refund Procedure

Your full refund along with any delivery charges (with the exception of additional charges for non-standard delivery options) will be processed within 14 working days of our receipt of your written request for a refund. Refund payments will be made by the same method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed. In no instance will additional fees or interest be paid. We may decline the refund until receipt of the returned goods or receipt of proof of postage, depending which is received first.

Goods must be returned within 14 days from the day on which you registered your written request for a refund. It is sufficient that goods are dispatched within the 14 day period. Standard postage charges will be reimbursed. The consumer shall only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to ascertain the nature and functioning of the goods.

This cancellation policy applies to unused goods and gift vouchers. Refunds will not be accepted for vouchers that have been used to make a booking, even if the booking was made within the 14 day cancellation period. Refunds will not be accepted for goods that have been used by the consumer, even if the use occurred within the 14 day cancellation period.

Cancellation Policy for Experience Bookings

Direct bookings

You have the right to reschedule a booking up to 30 days before the experience is due. You can reschedule your booking up to 14 days before your appointment however this is subject to a admin fee of £20. Unfortunately we cannot offer a reschedule with less than 14 days notice.

Third Party vouchers

E.g. Virgin experience days, Into the Blue etc. You may reschedule your appointment with us with 30 days notice for an admin fee of £20. Unfortunately we cannot accept third party voucher rebooking requests within less than this notice.

Where qualifying rescheduling to the next available date will be offered in the first instance as long as any vouchers used to purchase the experience are within the expiry period.

Pandemic and Acts of god

With events outside of our control such as during COVID19 imposed lockdowns, we are not able to offer refunds for services outside of our existing refund policy. Any services that are cancelled as a result will be rescheduled at our earliest possible opportunity.

The same applies for adverse weather conditions which result in health and safety issues such as access during snow or fallen trees or debris during high winds. In these circumstances please wait for the company to contact you with a formal cancellation of your experience.

If you have tested positive for COVID19 pending current government guidelines, we will consider a rescheduling of your experience but will ask for proof of the positive result.

Voucher Expiry

In the event a voucher from Now Strike Archery or a 3rd Party Provider has expired prior to a booking or purchase being made, Now Strike Archery are unable to provide refunds or exchanges, and no new bookings or purchases can be made with the voucher.

For experiences booked directly with Now Strike Archery the expiry period is currently 18 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated for special offers. For vouchers bought through third party providers please check their terms and conditions and expiry dates. We can only honour rescheduling within the expiry period on the voucher and if meeting the previously mentioned notice periods.

Extending a Voucher

For third party vouchers please contact your provider, most will extend for the cost of an admin fee.

For vouchers purchased directly, we will extend your expiry date for an additional 6 months and charge a small admin fee of £20 or 25% the value for vouchers over £100. To qualify for an extension vouchers must be no more than 30 days past their expiry date. Please contact us directly and we will be happy to help.
