Now Strike Forge

Tucked around the back of the archery workshops is the fully equiped Forge where you will find all the traditional tools that a smith would need to create works of art from hot metal.

When you enter the forge you will meet one of our onsite smiths who will welcome you and show you around the facilities. It is here where we deliver our various metal working courses in knife making, black smithing and forging arrow heads.

In addition to our popular courses we also take on commission works so whether you want an ornate fire guard, a coat and hat stand or possibly somewhere you can safety rest your longbow, the Now Strike Forge has you covered.

Further to this we offer historical demonstrations with our fully mobile historic set up complete with large bellows and canvas awning.  We have provided our living history services to organisations such as Living Crafts, English Heritage, Knowsley Council and Channel 5 to name a few
